The Y1 children have been hard at work practicing our very first letter, "S"! We read the story of Sammy Snake, practiced making the ssssss sound, found letters around the room, did the first pages in Jolly Phonics, practiced using squares on chalkboards, and finally used the first page of our English notebook!
